Our Privacy Policy

Hello Magnificent Coaches,

Your privacy is very important to us, and we thank you for the sacred trust that you show by giving us your contact information.

When you submit a form on our site to register for our complimentary k-casts or e-courses, or any offerings we have, and it involves something that we will be sending to you, we will be collecting information from you so we can fulfill your request.

Whenever you see "Your registration will bring you into my community," you will be placed on our subscriber list. Once you are part of the community, I will do my best to find resources and opportunities to support you. When I come across something that I think will help you with your coaching practice, I will communicate with you through the list.

Being able to communicate with my community in this way helps me to spend my time creating free telseminars, ecourses and information products for you. I have very high standards as to what I will send out to you and how often I will send these out, and I will always honor your privacy. And in case you decide that you do not want to stay in my community, there is a way to unsubscribe on the bottom of any email that we send you.

Just so you know, here's what we do with the info that is collected:

In most cases, we are only collecting your name and email. At times we collect your phone number (as in the case of a complimentary consultation), and your state or country so we know when we can call you.

We do not share your information with anyone except for the staff of Karen Cappello Coaching. And we only share this information on a 'need to know' basis.

If you purchase something through our website, Paypal collects any and all personal billing information necessary. This may include full name, address, phone, and credit card number information. We only have access to your name and address, not any of your card information.

As stated earlier, if you sign up for a free teleseminar or e-course, there is always a link at the bottom of each email you receive that allows you, if clicked, to review and change any information we have about you, and to unsubscribe.

It is our intention that if there are any changes to the policy, we will make them available to you. However there may be certain aspects of this policy that might change without us notifying you as an individual. Whatever does occur, you can be sure that we will treat you just as we wish to be treated. And you are always welcome to ask about our privacy policy at any time.
